Lead the planning, development, and execution of creative projects and special initiatives aligned with business and brand objectives.
Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and project strategies for marketing, communications, events, and other business initiatives.
Manage projects from concept development, planning, execution, and post-project evaluation.
Lead and collaborate with designers, copywriters, content creators, agencies, vendors, and other creative professionals.
Translate business objectives and stakeholder requirements into effective creative concepts and project plans.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, and priorities to ensure successful and timely execution.
Work closely with Marketing, Communications, HR, Sales, Operations, and other departments to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
Oversee the development of creative assets, presentations, campaigns, events, digital content, internal communications, and other project deliverables.
Review and ensure the quality, consistency, and alignment of creative outputs with brand guidelines.
Manage external agencies, suppliers, production partners, and other third-party stakeholders as needed.
Present creative concepts, project proposals, progress updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports, insights, and recommendations.
Identify project risks, challenges, and dependencies and develop appropriate solutions.
Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate results, identify learnings, and recommend improvements.
Drive process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of creative and special project execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, budget, and deadline requirements are met.
Mentor and provide direction to team members and creative resources to support professional development and high-quality output.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in creative management, marketing, communications, project management, brand management, advertising, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial, team lead, or project leadership capacity.
Proven experience managing creative projects, special projects, campaigns, events, or cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
Strong creative thinking and ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, content development, and creative production.
Experience working with creative agencies, production houses, vendors, and external partners.
