  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, hashtag strategies, and algorithm changes.

3. Event Management & Leadership Support

  • Provide operational and logistical assistance to top management and department leads in planning, organizing, and executing company events, executive meetings, town halls, webinars, and brand activations.
  • Assist leadership with venue selection, digital platform setup, guest/VIP coordination, and event scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare executive presentation decks, event collateral, live social media coverage, and post-event recaps.
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to event vendors, registration tracking, agenda management, and on-site or virtual support.

4. Strategy & Analytics

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, click-through rates, and sentiment).
  • Analyze content performance to extract actionable insights and continuously optimize future engagement strategies.
  • Conduct competitor research and benchmark performance against industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
