The Account Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, developing strong business relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of creative and production projects. The role focuses on client retention, business growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and day-to-day communication
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams regarding project requirements
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client approvals
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and reports
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper account monitoring
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Assist in achieving sales and account growth targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- With experience in account management, client servicing, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Background in production, advertising, events, or creative industry is an advantage
