We are looking for a talented and strategic
Creative Director to lead and oversee the creative vision of our brand and digital platforms. Based
onsite in Iloilo City, this role will be responsible for driving creative strategy, ensuring brand consistency, and leading a team of designers and creatives to deliver high-impact visual and marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall creative strategy and brand direction across digital and marketing platforms.
- Lead and manage the creative team, including designers and content creators, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Oversee the creation of visual assets, campaigns, and brand materials that align with business goals and audience engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency and design standards across all channels, including web, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into creative concepts.
- Review and approve creative designs, layouts, and campaigns before final production or launch.
- Drive creative innovation and continuous improvement in design processes and visual storytelling.
Minimum Qualifications
- 58+ years of experience in creative leadership, art direction, or brand design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, and campaign development.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other modern design tools.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, typography, and digital design trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
