Creative Supervisor
A Creative Supervisor oversees the development and execution of creative projects, ensuring that all outputs align with brand identity, business goals, and quality standards. They lead creative teams, guide concepts from ideation to delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals
- Develop and maintain creative strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final outputs
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams on campaigns and projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative ideas
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field
Experience
- 37+ years of experience in a creative role (e.g., designer, copywriter, art director)
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory position preferred
Skills
- Strong creative vision and storytelling ability
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
