We are looking for a Creative Director who brings clarity, conviction, and creative authority, not just ideas.
This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You will lead creative thinking, actively shape work, and be present in key client briefs and presentations. This role exists to strengthen client trust, raise creative standards, and reduce ambiguity across teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and elevate creative work across brands with clear art and copy direction
· Actively participate in client briefs, strategic discussions, and major presentations
· Present and defend creative ideas with confidence and clarity
· Partner closely with Account Management to build strong client relationships
· Coach Art Directors and senior creatives to become better leaders and presenters
· Push work beyond safe, category-generic solutions while staying grounded in brand and business realities

· Strong art direction and creative judgment
· Comfortable being client-facing and leading presentations
· Clear, confident communicator who simplifies complexity
