Job Purpose
To strengthen and elevate MWG's reputation by delivering superior, showcase-worthy creative work. The
Associate Creative Director champions creative excellence across traditional and digital projects, ensures optimal resource utilization, and fosters strong cross-functional collaboration within the team.
Duties And Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
- Safeguard and grow the agency's portfolio by producing iconic, award-winning, and industry-recognized work.
Business Growth
- Drive new business opportunities and enhance agency reputation by leading award-winning initiatives through Project 150.
- Support inter-foxhole award efforts by enforcing excellence standards via the Mc10 Rating Scale.
Systems and Processes
- Identify and recommend improvements to systems, tools, and practices that enhance resource management and enable faster, better, and more cost-efficient delivery.
Effective Game Planning
- Ensure thorough and strategic planning across projects, with proper documentation of JOs and gameplans.
- Champion time management for awards projects, including casting, milestone tracking, regional approvals, project development, and entry requirements.
People Leadership
Results Orientation & Collaboration
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration across the Foxhole and CX department.
Productive Diversity
- Promote an environment that values diverse workstyles and ideas, harnessing them toward shared goals.
Learning & Development
- Serve as the awards intelligence lead, mastering and sharing competition insights with Foxhole leads.
- Mentor and develop young creatives through learning sessions, talent spotting, and growth tracking.
Client Leadership
- Apply the Mc10 Rating Scale to elevate creative output and strengthen client confidence.
- Act as a creative excellence expert by staying ahead of client and industry trends, providing executional recommendations that demonstrate the best path forward.
Product Leadership
- Provide creative directions to deliver award-winning work across assigned Foxhole or CX initiatives.
- Enhance the Mc10 scores of other foxholes by offering constructive critique and guidance on daily work.
Follow Through
- Present and sell creative solutions to internal decision-makers, including Foxhole leads and the Creative Leadership Council.
- Maintain rigorous quality control from ideation through execution and case study production.

- Encourage respectful candor to proactively address challenges and ensure timely delivery of superior work
Other
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in Creatives (advertising and media agency industry experience is a plus).
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to ideate and deliver large and small ideas that fit within a client's strategy and brand.
- Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely, helpful feedback to keep work on track to meet deadlines.
- Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, both internal and client-facing.
