We are seeking a highly creative, detail-orientated graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. In this role, you'll craft compelling visual assets that strengthen employer branding, enhance talent acquisition, and elevate HR communications. You'll collaborate with the DGS Functions teamHR, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Brandingto design impactful materials that resonate with both internal and external audiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Design high-impact marketing materials: pitch decks, case studies, infographics, landing pages, and social media assets
  • Create engaging internal communications assets that support HR initiatives, talent campaigns, and employer branding projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all touchpoints
  • Translate organizational concepts into digestible visual formats for diverse audiences
  • Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines across digital and print media
  • Support employer branding campaigns with creative storytelling and design execution

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in corporate, HR, or B2B environments
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in marketing design, internal communications, and brand development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, web design, or front-end development
