Job Description

We're looking for a commercially minded Creative Designer to play a key role across brand, marketing and sales. This is a hands-on role where you'll own creative from brief to delivery, producing polished, high‑impact assets that support how the business shows up in market.

This isn't a traditional graphic design role. You'll be trusted to think, create and execute, translating business goals into clear, compelling visual work with minimal direction.

What you'll be doing

  • Own creative briefs end to end, delivering high-quality outputs with speed and care
  • Design brand and marketing assets including sales collateral, proposals, brochures and campaign creatives
  • Create digital and performance creatives for paid media and B2B social channels
  • Design and elevate pitch decks and client-facing presentations for sales teams
  • Turn complex information into clear, visually engaging narratives
  • Work across Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Build templates and scalable assets for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external outputs

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in a creative, graphic or digital design role
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint
  • Experience designing marketing, digital and campaign assets
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong design fundamentals across branding, layout and visual storytelling
  • A commercial mindset with an understanding of how design supports business outcomes

Nice to have

  • Experience with performance or conversion-focused creatives
  • Exposure to agency, BPO or fast-paced commercial environments
  • Experience working with international stakeholders
