Overview:
The Creative Manager is responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of CloudEats brands. This role will lead the development and production of high-quality, engaging content that communicates the unique identity of each brand. The ideal candidate is a strong, creative storyteller with a strategic mindset, excellent taste, and a passion for food, design, and visual communication.
Main Duties:
Lead Creative Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling and visual identity across all platforms.
- Translate brand objectives into compelling creative concepts, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.
- Create detailed content plans and calendars in alignment with marketing and brand objectives.
Content Creation & Art Direction
- Oversee and direct all aspects of creative production—from concept to final execution for campaigns, photoshoots, packaging, store branding, and other visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and food stylists to ensure high-quality output.
- Lead photoshoots for hero dishes and new brands, including art direction and budget management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with brand, marketing, and operations teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
- Partner with external creatives and agencies as needed for special campaigns and launches.
- Support internal teams with creative needs for events, store visuals, or other branded experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Experienced in art direction and content production (photo, video, design).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Open to feedback, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Eager to learn, curious, and driven by a passion for branding and design.
EXPERIENCE:
Ideally, 7–10 years of experience in creative direction, content production, visual design, or related fields. Experience in the food and beverage or consumer brand space is a plus.
Work Setup:
- 5-days onsite in The Brilliance Center, Taguig. (Monday to Friday/Dayshift)
- Twice a month, work from home
