We seek a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing YouTube scripts and help execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our clients.
We expect you to be responsible and to have experience in script writing (particularly for YouTube), content creation, and SEO (this would be a plus).
Responsibilities:
Write scripts and execute marketing campaigns:
- Write a YouTube script that can retain attention and has been well researched.
- Plan, execute, and optimise -channel marketing campaigns to achieve company goals.
- Create compelling and engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing collateral.
Drive brand awareness and lead generation:
- Implement SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Monitor website analytics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to measure ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for new marketing strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (C1 or C2)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in script writing, marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms is a plus (we use a lot of Semrush, Google tools, and Monday.com).
