Creative Coordinator - Remote Setup

What You'll Do:

• Be the bridge between clients and creative teams—gather info, clarify needs, and manage timelines.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Use tools like Adobe Photoshop for reviewing creative materials and providing design inputs.
• Track project revisions and ensure timely, high-quality output.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of BPO customer service experience.
• 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing products
• At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Photoshop is required!
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Client-facing experience and ability to work night shift.
