- Edit high-performance short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

- Craft scroll-stopping hooks in the first 13 seconds and optimize every frame for retention

- Integrate motion graphics, captions, zooms, memes, and dynamic transitions into a cohesive visual rhythm

- Build and refine scalable editing workflows that let us ship more without sacrificing quality

- Turn performance data into creative decisions iterate fast based on what the numbers say

- Advanced Premiere Pro proficiency (After Effects a strong plus)

- Deep understanding of retention curves, hook rate, and viral mechanics

- Sharp timing, pacing, and music selection instincts

- Experience editing for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts with proven performance
