About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Communications Intern who can turn ideas, employee stories, and workplace experiences into engaging visual content.
As part of the People Experience team, you'll help bring our employee brand to life through internal communications, graphic design, event materials, and selected social media content. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys designing, writing, experimenting with content, and seeing their work come to life across the organization.
This is not a recruitment or sourcing role. Your focus will be on employee communications and employer branding through the employee experience.
What You'll Do
Internal Communications & Content
- Create visual materials for internal announcements, campaigns, and employee communications.
- Design email banners, posters, digital announcements, infographics, presentation materials, and other communication assets.
- Help translate People & Culture initiatives into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content.
- Support copywriting and content development for employee-facing communications.
Event Creative Support
- Develop publicity and event materials for major employee experiences such as:
- Family Day
- CORE Awards
- Year-End Party
- Town Halls
- Employee engagement activities
- Learning and culture programs
- Create event posters, digital screens, invitations, teasers, countdown materials, certificates, signage, and other supporting collateral.
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across event communications.
Employer Brand & Social Content
- Help capture and communicate the employee experience through stories, visuals, and creative content.
- Develop social media content featuring employees, workplace culture, events, milestones, and organizational initiatives where applicable.
- Support employer branding campaigns that showcase what it is like to work at the company.
- Help turn internal employee experiences into external-facing stories that strengthen the employer brand.
Creative & Content Development
- Brainstorm fresh ways to communicate People & Culture initiatives.
- Assist in developing short-form videos, reels, carousels, photo stories, and other multimedia content.
- Support basic photo and video editing when needed.
- Help maintain organized creative files, templates, and brand assets.
What We're Looking For
- Currently taking Multimedia Arts, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related course.
- Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative platforms.
- Good written communication skills and the ability to turn information into simple, engaging content.
- Interested in employee experience, employer branding, workplace culture, events, and storytelling.
- Able to manage multiple creative requests and work within deadlines.
- Curious, collaborative, and willing to experiment with new creative formats and AI-enabled tools.
Internship Requirements
Applicants must be able to:
- Commit to a minimum of 320 internship hours.
- Start the internship on by September 3.
- Report onsite at our office along Chino Roces Extension, Makati, as required.
- Submit a creative portfolio showcasing relevant design, communication, or multimedia work.
- Ideally be available for an internship that is not dependent on a school-required internship arrangement.
Preferred availability: Students whose internship is their primary or only academic requirement for the term are preferred, as the role requires consistent availability and may not be suitable for students carrying a full class load alongside their internship.
What You'll Get to Work On
You won't just be making HR posters. You'll have the opportunity to help shape how employees see, experience, and talk about the company—from the announcement they see in their inbox, to the event they attend, to the employee story they later see shared on social media. Your work will contribute directly to how we build our employee experience and employer brand from the inside out.
