About the role: We're looking for a Creative & Socials Associate to help bring the world of NORA to life across social media, content, and brand touchpoints. You'll help shape how the brand looks, feels, and shows up day to day — from launch assets and storytelling to content planning and visual execution. If you're someone with a strong visual eye, understand internet culture, have an instinct for what resonates, and naturally know how to make things feel current without trying too hard, this might be for you.
What you'll do.
Creative & Design
- Design social media assets, launch materials, graphics, presentations, and other brand visuals
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across Instagram, TikTok, email, website, and other touchpoints
- Create moodboards, layouts, typography treatments, and visual references aligned with the NORA brand world
- Assist in preparing, campaign decks, launch guides, and creative presentations
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing creatives for drops, collabs, and seasonal moments
- Organize and manage creative assets, selects, references, and content folders
Social & Content
- Assist with social media planning, copywriting, scheduling, and posting
- Help maintain strong brand cadence and ensure content stays timely and relevant
- Brainstorm and execute content ideas for launches, campaigns, product storytelling, and everyday brand moments
- Support story posting, light community management, and audience engagement when needed
- Stay aware of trends, fashion, lifestyle, and internet culture while understanding what aligns with the brand
Shoot & Brand Support
- Assist in coordinating shoots, fittings, pull-outs, props, styling references, and production needs
- Help ensure launches and campaigns are executed smoothly across all channels
- Support the founder across creative direction, execution, and day-to-day brand needs
- Jump in on anything else the brand might need, from admin support to special projects and new ideas
What we're looking for.
- 1–3 years of experience in creative, social media, design, fashion, or content-related roles
- Strong visual taste and understanding of modern fashion/lifestyle branding
- Naturally plugged into internet culture, social media, and emerging brands
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with shifting priorities
- A self-starter who can execute thoughtfully without constant direction
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Clear communicator with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
- Passion for fashion, branding, content, and creative culture
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar tools
- Basic photo/video editing skills
- Experience creating content for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Bonus
- Photography, styling, or art direction experience
- Copywriting or caption-writing ability
- Strong TikTok/Reels instincts
- Experience assisting on shoots or campaign production
