Your Role:
The ideal candidate brings strong creative judgment, hands-on experience in multimedia design, expert-level Adobe Suite skills, and a proven ability to manage people, processes, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
As a Creative & Multimedia (Senior Manager)
, you will:
- Produce high-quality visual and multimedia assets as needed, especially for high-priority or complex projects.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all creative and multimedia requests across business units.
- Manage the full creative intake process, from requirements gathering, scoping, clarification, and timeline setting.
- Prioritize and allocate tasks to multimedia designers based on skill sets, workload, and project urgency.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, and standards for quality and consistency.
- Lead and mentor a team of multimedia designers, supporting skills development, coaching, and performance management.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when additional capacity or specialized skills are needed.
- Establish and maintain clear creative workflows, naming conventions, file management practices, and review cycles.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables - 7+ years of experience in multimedia design, creative production, or visual communications
- 2-3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX, animation, and motion graphics
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across global or multi-site environments
Preferred skills/expertise:- Experience in BPO, professional services, finance, or related sectors.
