Job Description:
Conduct In-depth review of business tax practices to identify possible tax problem areas and provide recommendations on how to address such issues.
Conduct examination of all of the taxes arising from a merger or acquisition transaction, including possible impact on pricing and other aspects of the business combination.
Assist clients in either the preparation or in-depth review of their income tax calculation and income tax returns.
