Accounting Role Strengthening Financial Reporting Across Industrial Operations

As a CPA Accountant, you play a key role in maintaining financial integrity across receivables, reporting, and reconciliation processes within a large-scale industrial services environment. Your work directly supports cash flow visibility, compliance, and leadership decision-making across multi-entity operations. Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM), Weekends Off

Work Setup: Onsite, Ortigas

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and general accounting
  • Strong background in reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Experience using accounting systems and Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to resolve discrepancies or escalate issues proactively
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas

Responsibilities

  • Process general ledger journal entries
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Enter supplier invoices
  • Perform credit card reconciliations
  • Upload bank transactions and perform reconciliations
  • Run monthly amortization schedules
  • Assist payroll in preparing profit share reports
  • Prepare cash flow reports
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Run and format financial reports from the accounting system
  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and prepare reports
  • Assist in the collation of workpapers for tax-related transactions
  • Perform various ad hoc accounting and finance-related duties
