Coverage and Origination Team Head (Security Bank Capital Investment Corporation)

JOB SUMMARY

The Coverage and Origination Team Head shall be responsible in originating and managing investment banking activities in order to meet revenue targets and at the same time satisfying customer requirements. The role includes coverage across all corporate finance products to include private and public fund raising through debt, equity or hybrid products, as well as M&A/financial advisory services.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Years of Related Experience: More than 10 years

Educational Attainment/ Required course: Bachelor's Degree Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting

Required Certification/Professional License: Desirable (not required):

Chartered Financial Analyst

Certified Public Accountant

Certified Securities Specialist

Fixed Income and Equity SEC Certification/License

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Ability to originate and execute investment banking transactions
• Networking with principals/senior management of clients and key regulators
• Effective marketing, communication and negotiating skills
• Technical and pragmatic knowledge of IB products, services and processes (largely covering debt, equity, financial advisory) to enable crafting, pitching and delivery of structures addressing client needs
• Updated knowledge of business developments and current corporate/regulatory events
• Structuring and execution expertise
• Ability to originate and execute investment banking transactions
• Ability to effectively lead teams
