Job Description
- Coupa implementation projects across Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Expense Management, and Contract Management modules.
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Business stakeholders.
- Design and document future-state business processes aligned with Coupa best practices.
- Configure Coupa modules, approval workflows, business rules, and organizational structures.
- Manage master data including suppliers, users, chart of accounts, cost centers, and commodity structures.
- Collaborate with ERP teams for integrations with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise systems.
- Develop functional specifications and support technical design for integrations and reports.
Qualifications
- 3 to 10++ years of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation and configuration experience.
- Experience delivering at least 1 to 3 ++ full lifecycle Coupa implementations.
- Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes.
- Experience working with global or multi-country deployments.
