Job Description
About the role
Coupa implementation projects across Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Expense Management, and Contract Management modules.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Business stakeholders
- Design and document future-state business processes aligned with Coupa best practices
- Configure Coupa modules, approval workflows, business rules, and organizational structures
- Manage master data including suppliers, users, chart of accounts, cost centers, and commodity structures
- Collaborate with ERP teams for integrations with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise systems
- Develop functional specifications and support technical design for integrations and reports
About you
- 3 to 10+ years of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation and configuration experience
- Experience delivering at least 1 to 3 ++ full lifecycle Coupa implementations
- Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes
- Experience working with global or multi-country deployments
