Country Sales Manager

You will lead, direct and govern the overall Sales function in Lysaght Malaysia, ensuring seamless integration from project specification through to sales conversion and revenue realization.

What You'll Do

• Lead and drive national sales strategy and execution.
• Develop and manage key account strategies, ensuring growth, retention, and increased share of wallet.
• Expand customer base through new business acquisition and channel development.
• Drive customer-centric sales approach, including upselling and cross-selling of Lysaght solutions.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales discipline across all regions.
• Strengthen commercial excellence, including pricing strategy, negotiations, and deal profitability.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with operations, supply chain, and finance.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in sales or key account management.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Strong background in building materials, construction or steel industry.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing large customer portfolios.
• Experience in technical/consultative selling and project-based sales.
