Role Overview

We are looking for a Country Sales Manager to develop our business in the local market through partner ecosystem development and direct enterprise sales.

This role focuses primarily on building strategic partnerships with system integrators, IT service providers, and software distributors, while also leading key enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market presence.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Provide market and customer insights to marketing and product teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical departments.
  • Share insights on local market demands to support product localization and enhancement.
  • Responsible for achieving individual annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office solutions or SaaS/PaaS.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and expanding client portfolios.
    • In-depth knowledge of software sales cycles and licensing models.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and able to excel in a competitive environment.
