As part of our continued growth in the APAC region, Dennemeyer is recruiting a Country Operations Manager to lead, manage, and scale our Philippine operations based in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational leadership experience, strong familiarity with BPO environments, and preferably exposure to the Intellectual Property (IP) industry.
This role will own operational delivery, people leadership, performance management, local compliance, and crossfunctional collaboration across regional and global stakeholders. The Country Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement of our Philippine operations while maintaining alignment with global standards.
Your Tasks
- Lead and oversee endtoend country operations, ensuring highquality service delivery, productivity, and client satisfaction
- Manage and develop local leadership teams and operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, process optimization, and bestpractice implementation
- Ensure alignment between local operations and global/regional teams, including Commercial, Finance, HR, Legal, and IT
- Oversee service delivery performance (KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics) and implement performance enhancement strategies
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, company security standards, and dataprotection policies
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and capability building for current and future operational needs
- Partner with global functional leaders to roll out operational initiatives, tools, and systems
- Support the expansion of service capabilities in the Manila site, including new business transitions and onboarding activities
- Manage operational budgets, cost optimization, and reporting deliverables
- Represent the organization in local audits, client meetings (when required), and external-facing engagements

Your Profile
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in operational leadership roles
- Prior experience in BPO / Shared Services operations is mandatory
- Experience in the IP industry or professional services is highly preferred
- Proven track record of managing large teams, building operational structures, and driving performance
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a passion for operational excellence
- Fluent in English; additional Asian or European languages are an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM, workflow, or productivity systems is considered an asset
