Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of market performance, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, and overall profitability by managing supply partnerships, ensuring consistent customer demand, and overseeing day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.
  • Set and execute strategic goals and revenue forecasts for the Philippine market through the creation of actionable business strategies and growth plans.
  • Provide leadership to and expand the teams responsible for Sales, Business Growth, and Product Offerings, aligning them with long-term business objectives.
  • Expand local partnerships, product offerings, and revenue streams to enhance the commercial success of the Philippine operations.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team across multiple departments such as Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management, and Operations.
  • Foster a culture of performance accountability through refined performance indicators and aligned incentive structures.
  • Develop and deploy innovative, multi-channel marketing initiatives to increase visibility and market reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master's or MBA is a plus. At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in relevant industries.
  • Proven track record in the tech or internet sector, with strong commercial instincts and a history of successfully scaling business operations.
  • Solid background in commercial strategy and property acquisition, with a focus on driving growth and maximizing profitability.
  • Deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitor dynamics, pricing strategies, consumer behavior, and tech integrations relevant to the accommodation or real estate space.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, particularly in shaping a performance-driven and customer-first organizational culture.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling operations from the ground up.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive results.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the company's headquarters in Makati.
