We're looking for an experienced commercial leader to build and scale our business for Quantum Computing in Singapore, one of their most important strategic growth markets.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strong enterprise sales experience with the ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams. You'll own market strategy, revenue growth, customer relationships, and overall commercial execution across the region.
You'll act as the senior commercial representative for the business in Singapore, shaping how we grow our presence, deepen customer engagement, and establish long-term market leadership.
The Job:
- You'll define and execute the commercial strategy for Singapore, ensuring alignment with broader global objectives while tailoring execution to local market dynamics.
- This includes identifying new market opportunities, refining segmentation strategy, and building a clear path to sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and emerging customer segments.
- You will carry full responsibility for revenue performance across Singapore. This means building strong pipeline generation, ensuring forecasting accuracy, driving disciplined deal execution, and personally leading high-value strategic customer engagements when required.
- A key part of the role is building a world-class commercial organisation. You'll recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent while creating a high-accountability, high-performance culture. You'll coach managers and senior individual contributors, set clear performance expectations, and create strong development pathways.
- You'll be the external face of the business in Singapore. From customer meetings to industry events and strategic partnerships, you'll help establish the company as a recognised market leader in the region.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
- Understanding of Quantum Computing
- Significant leadership experience scaling teams and revenue within Singapore
- A strong track record of exceeding commercial targets in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of Singapore enterprise technology landscape and buying dynamics
- Experience working within fast-paced, global, matrixed organisations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building skills
