Job Description

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and operational success in the Philippines.
Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the transport & distribution industry.
Build, lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve company objectives and individual performance goals.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to align local strategies with overall business objectives.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 10 years experience in international freight forwarding, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or branch management capacity
Demonstrated success in establishing, scaling, or transforming a business unit or local operation
Strong experience managing P&L responsibilities and leading crossfunctional teams
Proven people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide highperforming teams
Strategic and commercial mindset, with a strong ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse internal and external partners
Solid understanding of market dynamics and local regulatory requirements in the Philippines
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
