Country Manager

We are partnering with a multinational organization within the industrial and critical infrastructure solutions space in the search for a Country Manager to lead and scale its Philippines operations.

This role presents an opportunity to take full ownership of a country business at a pivotal stage of growth, with strong visibility to regional leadership and a mandate to strengthen commercial performance, operational excellence, and organizational capability.

The successful leader will drive business expansion across key infrastructure sectors, including high-growth environments supporting mission-critical operations and data center ecosystems.

• Leading the overall country business with full commercial and operational accountability
• Driving sustainable revenue growth and market expansion initiatives
• Strengthening customer relationships and strategic partnerships
• Building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
• Enhancing operational efficiency, service delivery, and business performance
• Collaborating closely with regional stakeholders to align local execution with broader strategic priorities

We are keen to speak with senior leaders who bring a strong blend of business leadership, commercial acumen, and operational management experience within engineering-driven, industrial, infrastructure, facilities management, or related environments.
