Achieve the mission by executing the following tasks at the front line together with project members from development, finance, engineering, and other departments:

. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts for development projects of power plants, energy storage facilities, etc. using renewable energy resources (including shareholders agreements, land use agreements, EPC contracts, O&M contracts, and other project finance related contracts)

. Analyzing business plans and resolving legal issues and business issues from a legal perspective

. Planning and executing dispute and trouble resolution . Reviewing other contracts and handling corporate legal matters including group companies

. Executing management reporting and decision-making as a primary member

.All activities leverage legal background and business development expertise, rather than simple internal coordination or following precedent, and directly contribute to business performance and company goal achievement.

Required Skills

. Interest in our business areas and alignment with our mission

. Approximately 5 years of practical experience in renewable energy industry

. Experience in contract drafting and execution (established thinking ability to identify risks independently and resolve them through contract terms and other legal means)

. Proactive attitude to actively engage with people and raise issues

. Ability to extract legal risks, conduct interviews, and explain to others

. Attorney qualification
