We're Hiring: Country HR Manager!
Our client, a pharmaceutical company is seeking a country HR manager who is responsible for leading the end-to-end Human Resources agenda for Philippines. He/She will partner closely with the country leadership team to drive business growth, organizational effectiveness and a strong people centric culture. The role ensures robust HR governance, talent readiness and alignment with regional and global HR strategies, while being deeply rooted in local market realities and statutory compliance.
Location: Taguig City, Philippines

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent.
Foster employee engagement and promote a diverse workplace.
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Management with specialization in Human Resources/ Psychology or similar field. Master's degree in human resources would be preferred.
Experience: 10 + years of experience in Human Resources function, with at least 4 years experience in leading the HR function in a pharmaceutical company.
