Job Description

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
Lead sales and procurement activities, including pricing, negotiations, and closing deals.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee CRM usage and ensure accurate data input for business insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Head should have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree MBA preferred.
12+ years of experience in plastics, chemicals, petrochemicals, or related industries.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and operations management.
Minimum 5 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of local compliance and operational processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office English fluency required.
Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
