We're expanding into the Philippines and looking for a senior commercial leader to spearhead our entry into the FMCG industry with next-gen AI solutions — AI-powered in-store camera analytics and AI workflow automation.

This isn't a typical country manager role. You'll be the face of our company in the Philippines — meeting decision-makers, building the go-to-market strategy from scratch, and closing deals that shape a brand-new category.

Location: Philippines (Hybrid/Remote)

Working language: English

Structure: Full-time or Business Partnership (salary + commission, or profit share/equity)

You might be the one if you have:

• 8–10+ years in FMCG, having held roles like Trade Marketing Director, Head of Trade Marketing, Head of Sales, or National Sales Manager
• Experience at major FMCG players (Unilever, P&G, Nestlé, San Miguel, URC, Monde Nissin, Colgate-Palmolive, etc.) or leading retailers/distributors in the Philippines
• Deep knowledge of the GT/MT distribution landscape and trade marketing execution
• A strong, senior-level network across FMCG and retail
• An entrepreneurial mindset — you want to build something, not just run it
