Overview:

Join Xerox as a Country Accounting and Reporting Team Specialist supporting global accounting operations and financial reporting activities. In this role, you will contribute to accurate financial reporting, compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and timely statutory reporting requirements. What You Will Do:

  • Manage general ledger activities and support key controllership responsibilities in compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Perform month-end close activities, balance sheet reviews, and detailed country reviews
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support statutory reporting requirements including audited financial statements, income tax returns, and statistical reporting
  • Analyze financial information to ensure accounting treatment is accurately and timely recorded

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related Accounting program
  • CPA designation preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in audit, general ledger accounting, or financial reporting
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
  • Strong communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills
