- Prepare accurate cost estimates for fabrication projects
- Analyze BOMs and production plans
- Track cost variances and recommend improvements
- Mechanical Design of switchgear related products using 2D & 3d cad software
- Submit shop drawings for customer approval and 3D product designs for fabrication
Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering graduate (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- One or more years of costing/estimating experience in manufacturing or fabrication, or previous employment in related control gear/switchgear, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and materials
Proficient in Excel; costing software is a plus
- Analytical, detail-oriented and a great team player.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
