COST MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Santa Rosa City for a Cost Management Supervisor. The role involves overseeing cost-control processes, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and implementing cost-saving measures. The supervisor will coordinate with different departments to ensure effective budget management, develop strategies to optimize cost efficiency, and provide training and guidance to promote best practices in cost management.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in leading and managing teams effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills for cost analysis and data evaluation
• Strong Communication abilities to coordinate between teams and present findings clearly
• Experience in Customer Service and the ability to maintain positive relationships
• Experience in delivering effective Training to individuals and teams
• Proficiency in financial management tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Prior experience in cost management or finance within the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage
