As a Cost Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing reliable & accurate cost estimates; updating and monitoring project schedules and logistics plans for assigned Renewable Energy projects in different development stages to achieve the objective of developing and executing financially and commercially viable renewable energy projects. and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Project Development and Execution Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develops and maintains cost estimates, forecasts, or cost models. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Estimates of production rates, labor costs, price changes, and equipment costs based on experience and knowledge of the details of construction work.
• Cost‐efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project.
• Complete take-offs to calculate estimated quantities and units of work to support PRE PDE.
• Price trends on RE equipment and materials where necessary.
• Perform time studies to understand construction sequence, means, methods, and site conditions.
• Conducts market research on Performs lookback exercises to break down variance into important drivers.

Assists in the research of materials, labor, and equipment markets to ensure the collection of sufficient and reliable data with which to produce cost estimates.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course; Licensed Engineer.
• Two [2] years of experience in quantity surveyor, civil or electrical engineering role in construction or energy industry; with one [1] year of project management experience.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in Contract Management and Document Management.
• Strong skills in Report Presentation/Generation and Business/Financial Acumen.
