Cost Engineer

Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for entire project cycle to include design, development and project completion

2. Prepares technical construction guidelines

3. Reviews and critiques proposed changes in line with engineering standards, policies and details

4. Coordinates the activities of the project to Superior and construction team

5. Responsible for filing of construction documents per project

6. Sees to it that all projects / development plans are in compliance with engineering standards and practices

Qualifications:

1. Must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

3. With 1-4 Yrs of Experience specializing in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent

4. Must be able to arrive at an accurate cost estimates and schedules

5. Must be knowledgeable in budgeting, planning and monitoring of investment projects

6. Must be comfortable discussing and bargaining cost information with project contractors

7. Must be willing to do field works
