Cost Controller Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Controller Associate at The Tribute Hotel, located in Quezon City. The Cost Controller Associate will be responsible for monitoring financial operations, managing cost control procedures, analyzing expenditures, and ensuring the efficiency of the hotel's budget. Additional responsibilities include preparing cost reports, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with the finance team to make strategic recommendations for improving cost efficiency.

• Proficient in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Accounting practices
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Knowledge of Finance principles and budgeting processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or related field is an advantage
