Oversee the overall operations of Hann Resorts Clinics, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery of occupational health and medical services for employees and guests.
Manage company nurses, coordinates with physicians, the Compensation & Benefits and Payroll teams, HMO providers, and other healthcare partners, ensuring compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
Manage clinic operations and HMO programs, implementing employee health initiatives, overseeing budgets and resources, and ensuring accurate reporting to support employee well-being and workplace safety.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Registered Nurse.
With at least five (5) years of experience in clinical or occupational health administration, preferably in a hospitality, corporate, or integrated resort setting.
Strong knowledge of DOLE OSH Standards and DOH regulations.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
