We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is key to ensuring accurate cost data across our manufacturing operations and supporting business decisions through clear, actionable financial insights.

About the job:

  • Analyze manufacturing and financial data to calculate accurate product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
  • Develop and maintain standard cost models assess the impact of engineering changes, new product launches, and process improvements.
  • Record and review cost data support month-end close, inventory valuation, and audit compliance.
  • Prepare reports comparing projected vs. actual costs identify variances and recommend actions to improve cost efficiency.
  • Support process improvements by evaluating procedures and participating in cross-functional manufacturing initiatives.

About you:

  • Bachelor's or University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in cost analysis or manufacturing finance
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting principles
  • Experience in global manufacturing environments preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Progress toward CPA designation preferred
