Job Description

At Standard Hospitality Group, we create memorable dining experiences through our brands Yabu, Ippudo, Elephant Grounds, and Kiwami. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Cost Accounting Manager to strengthen our finance team and drive profitability through effective cost control and inventory management.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis across restaurant brands and commissary operations.
  • Oversee standard costing, recipe costing, and menu profitability.
  • Monitor food, beverage, and packaging costs while identifying opportunities for savings.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Commissary, and Culinary teams to improve cost efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
  • Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and internal controls.
  • Lead and develop a team of cost accountants and analysts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA is an advantage).
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in Cost Accounting.
  • Experience in restaurant, food manufacturing, FMCG, or commissary operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and variance analysis.
  • Experience using ERP systems preferably SAP.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
