As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Cost Accounting Manager to strengthen our finance team and drive profitability through effective cost control and inventory management.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis across restaurant brands and commissary operations.
- Oversee standard costing, recipe costing, and menu profitability.
- Monitor food, beverage, and packaging costs while identifying opportunities for savings.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Commissary, and Culinary teams to improve cost efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
- Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and internal controls.
- Lead and develop a team of cost accountants and analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA is an advantage).
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Cost Accounting.
- Experience in restaurant, food manufacturing, FMCG, or commissary operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and variance analysis.
- Experience using ERP systems preferably SAP.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
