About the Role:
We are looking for a Cost Accounting Manager to handle cost tracking, reporting, and analysis. You will help identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost accounting and reporting
- Analyze financial data and identify trends
- Recommend cost-saving strategies
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Prepare reports for management
- Lead and support a team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Good communication and leadership skills
