Role Description

We are hiring a full-time on-site Cost Accounting Assistant Manager to be based in Calabarzon, Philippines. In this role, you will oversee cost analysis and reporting, manage budgets, perform variance analysis, and ensure accurate financial records related to product costing. This role includes supporting decision-making by providing financial insights, managing inventory costs, conducting cost audits, and assisting in process improvement initiatives for cost control optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, cost accounting, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of software tools for financial reporting and accounting systems.
• Experience in audit processes and operational efficiency improvements.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields; CPA is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to support decision-making processes.
• Three or more years of experience in Cost Accounting or a similar role in a manufacturing or food packaging industry is an advantage.
