Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost Accountant for a full-time hybrid role based in San Fernando, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Cost Accountant will manage financial records, prepare cost analysis, maintain accurate journal entries, and analyze financial data to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring cost variances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting and proficiency in preparing Financial Statements
• Proficient in managing Journal Entries and other accounting tasks
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data
• Solid understanding of Finance concepts and principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in cost accounting or related roles is an advantage
• CPA licensure is a plus
