This role reviews and updates standard costs, monitors material, labor, and overhead expenses, and analyzes cost variances. The officer prepares cost reports, supports budgeting and forecasting, and ensures proper cost allocation across departments. They coordinate with production, purchasing, and accounting teams to validate cost data and maintain accurate inventory records.
