JOB DESCRIPTION Under immediate supervision, and in accordance with existing guidelines, rules and regulations and protocols, performs administrative functions along personnel administration. | ||
Functions and Responsibilities: | ||
1. Drafts announcements/actions regarding personnel matters 2. Prepares reports, letters, memoranda and other forms of communications 3. Prepares/processes payroll/vouchers and other financial documents 4. Computes salaries and deductions 5. Computes Daily Time Records and monitors attendance of employees 6. Process/computes leave applications/leave credits and terminal leave benefits 7. Coordinates with other agencies concerning personnel matters 8. Acts as secretariat to various committees 9. Assist in the conduct of research studies/data gathering and prepare write-ups and statistical report 10. Does other related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time. | ||
