Job Description
Company Description Lica Land Group is the real estate arm of the Lica Group of Companies, overseeing a diverse portfolio across multiple industries. The company represents some of the country's most innovative property development projects in and around Metro Manila, focusing on middle-income residential subdivisions, leisure developments, neighborhood shopping centers, Autoplexes, and mixed-use buildings. Lica Land is actively involved in both its own developments and joint ventures with leading Philippine real estate organizations. In addition to real estate development, the group engages in the manufacturing, surplus importing, and retailing of OfficeBusters furniture from Japan, and provides cost-efficient IT and networking solutions.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Trainer role based in Mandaluyong. The Corporate Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs that support employee performance in real estate operations, sales, customer service, and corporate functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and small-group training sessions, preparing training materials and manuals, and adapting content to different learner levels and roles. The role also involves assessing training needs with department leaders, evaluating training outcomes through feedback and performance metrics, and recommending improvements to learning programs. The Corporate Trainer will maintain training records, coordinate training schedules, and support onboarding and continuous development initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications
- Training design and delivery skills, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and facilitation of classroom and workshop-style sessions.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain concepts clearly, engage diverse audiences, and provide constructive feedback.
- Skills in learning assessment and evaluation, including developing assessments, analyzing training results, and adjusting programs based on data.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage training schedules, maintain records, and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic learning technologies (e.g., slide presentation software, video conferencing, learning materials in digital formats).
- Relevant experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related field; background in real estate, sales, or customer service training is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mandaluyong, build strong working relationships, and adapt training approaches to a fast-paced, multifaceted business environment.
