JOB TITLE: Corporate Technical Manager

REPORTING TO: Mining Consultant / President & CEO

LOCATION: Head Office

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for leading and managing the company's corporate technical activities, project evaluations, due diligence reviews, regulatory compliance, and strategic development initiatives for mining and mineral projects. The role provides technical and managerial oversight of project development activities, coordinates multidisciplinary technical teams and external consultants, and supports management in evaluating mineral properties, investment opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

The position ensures that company projects are technically sound, commercially aligned, compliant with applicable government regulations, and effectively progressed from initial evaluation through development. The role requires close coordination with internal departments, government agencies, local communities, technical consultants, potential investors, and joint venture partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Corporate Technical & Project Management

•Lead and oversee technical activities and multidisciplinary teams across the company's mining and mineral projects, ensuring proper execution, quality, schedules, and resource allocation.

•Develop and monitor project scopes, budgets, work programs, schedules, and implementation plans, while identifying and addressing technical and operational risks.

•Provide technical advice and regular project updates to executive management and the Board to support strategic decision-making.

2.Technical Due Diligence & Business Development

•Lead technical due diligence and evaluation of mineral properties, mining projects, investment opportunities, acquisitions, and potential joint ventures.

• Review project documentation, permits, studies, development requirements, risks, and associated technical and commercial considerations.

• Prepare technical assessments, project executive summaries, and recommendations, and support management in negotiations with project owners, investors, consultants, and strategic partners.

3. Strategic Projects & Corporate Development

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic mining and mineral development opportunities in support of the company's growth objectives.

• Lead special projects assigned by executive management, including project acquisition, development, rehabilitation, expansion, and strategic investment initiatives.

• Develop and review technical and commercial documentation, including project proposals, Joint Operating Agreements, MOUs, and related agreements, in coordination with legal and corporate teams.

4. Regulatory, Permitting & Compliance

• Provide corporate oversight of regulatory, permitting, and compliance requirements for the company's mining and mineral projects.

• Coordinate with MGB, DENR, NCIP, LGUs, and other relevant agencies to facilitate permits, applications, regulatory submissions, inspections, and other statutory requirements.

• Maintain project and regulatory compliance monitoring systems and ensure timely identification and resolution of compliance risks.

5. Stakeholder & External Relations

• Provide strategic oversight of project-related engagement with government agencies, LGUs, communities, landowners, ICCs/IPs, consultants, and other stakeholders.

• Represent the company in technical meetings, industry events, government consultations, and discussions with potential partners and investors.

• Support stakeholder engagement and conflict-resolution initiatives to facilitate project development and maintain positive external relationships.

6. Technical Team Leadership & Management Reporting

• Lead, supervise, and mentor technical personnel, project teams, and external consultants, promoting effective coordination across technical, legal, finance, environmental, and corporate functions.

• Establish appropriate systems for technical documentation, project monitoring, data management, and reporting.

• Consolidate project performance, budgets, milestones, risks, and key management actions into regular reports and presentations for executive management and the Board.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Corporate Technical Manager serves as the company's principal corporate-level technical and project management coordinator, overseeing the evaluation, development, compliance, and strategic progression of mining and mineral projects.

The position focuses on technical management, project development, due

diligence, regulatory coordination, and strategic project execution, rather than

specialized geological functions.
