Corporate Strategy Specialist (Business Development)

The Unit Manager for Business Innovation is responsible for leading innovation initiatives and strategic planning activities across SCMC and its business units. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for transformation, developing new business models, and ensuring a structured and measurable approach to innovation. This includes managing the innovation project portfolio, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering tangible business value through innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

Innovation Strategy and Leadership

Develop and lead the execution of innovation strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Foster a culture of innovation across the organization.

Business Model Development

Design and validate new business models and value propositions that address emerging market opportunities and business needs.

Innovation Project Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovation projects. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with expected outcomes.

Reporting and Insights Generation

Produce and present comprehensive reports on innovation activities, impact, and insights for strategic decision-making.

Job Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in strategy, planning, budgeting, performance management

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics or any similar discipline. Master in Business Administration is highly preferred
