Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Corporate Strategy Officer to help shape the future of our business. In this role, you will be a crucial partner to senior leadership, providing the research, financial modeling, and strategic insights needed to drive company-wide and Business Unit (BU) initiatives. From supporting potential M&A activities to crafting high-level presentations for the Board of Directors, you will play a direct role in our corporate development and long-term growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive economic, industry, and competitor research to support strategic initiatives, while tracking and monitoring BU Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) via detailed reports and dashboards.
- Execute complex financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and comparable company analysis for mergers and acquisitions and new business opportunities
- Assist in the due diligence process, transaction documentation, regulatory filings, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, consolidate, and update high-impact presentation decks for strategy planning, Store Manager Assemblies, the Executive Committee (ExCom), and the Board of Directors.
- Provide seamless logistical, administrative, and coordination support for executive management
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in corporate strategy, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong capabilities in financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and market research.
- Proven ability to create, synthesize, and deliver high-quality presentation materials tailored for the Board of Directors, senior management, and external parties.
